Turbulent Sixties: The turbulent sixties isn’t my take on racial inequality. Rather, it’s my recollection of a series of world events, that shook our nation and the world. Includes my insights into what we were doing when these major events happened and how they affected our lives.
The first international event, was the U-2 Spy Plane Incident of 1960. Other events followed closely as in the Bay of Pigs Invasion, and the Cuban missile Crisis-which nearly brought the world to the brink of nuclear war! I also give some detail, into a few memories, dealing with growing up in the age of Vietnam and how it affected our lives.
