Sgt. Mac It first started, when my mother pulled a dust covered picture from an old memory chest. Holding me close, she turned it so I could see the image in the photograph.
“Sonny, this is a picture of my father… your grandfather, Samuel Howard Hindman. He was in the Army during World War One, & served in France.”
